Dr. Jose Honold, MD – San Diego, CA

Dr. Jose Honold is a Neonatologist in San Diego, CA and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, Rady Children's Hospital - San Diego, UCSD Medical Center- San Diego and Scripps Health. He received his medical degree from Autonomous University of Baja California School of Medicine, Pediatrics Residency at Children's Hospital in Dallas, Texas, Neonatology Fellowship at UCLA Medical Center and has been in practice for 30 years. He is the Medical Director of the ALS/CHET at RCHSD, and the Co-Director of the Neuro-NICU at RCHSD. He is also the Medical Director of the International Services at RCHSD. He is also an ECMO specialist and has experienced in Neonatal congenital heart disease, newborn care, perinatal asphyxia, and Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. He is currently the President of the International Neonatal Association INA. He is has been an invited speaker at more than 200 National and International conferences and has several publications.
